Shipping Information

Can I pickup to save on shipping?

Our stock and orders are processed from a logistics facility in Sydney NSW which is not publicly accessible so pickup is not available.

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. Majority of orders are dispatched the following business day.

How much does shipping cost?

For domestic Australian orders, it is a flat rate of $16.50 for 1 set and $22.50 for 2 sets. For every additional set it is $6.50. All prices include GST.

Will I get tracking information?

Yes we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship Internationally?

International flate rate shipping is available through our website shop for New Zealand and the United States. The rates will be available through checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times are heavily dependant on the Aramex couriers or Australia Post and vary greatly for many number of reasons.
For Metro NSW/VIC/QLD, delivery can take 2-4 days.
For all other areas, delivery can take 5-10 days.
If you require your order urgently, please email rsales@intimabrakes.com.au and we can work out an Express Post option for you which commonly has a 1-2 day delivery timeframe.

Return Policy

If you have an issue and want to discuss a product return or refund, please contact rsales@intimabrakes.com.au and we will discuss your options in more detail.

We will endeavour to reach a best possible result for our customers, please note:

  • No returns are accepted for change of mind
  • No returns are accepted if product is no longer needed
  • No returns are accepted if guidance from us is not followed and product does meet requirements
  • There may be a restocking fee if the product has been opened, fitted or damaged.
  • All returns must be processed within 7 days of your order being delivered. Once this time frame has passed our return policy will not apply.
  • Buyer pays for return postage.
  • All orders are inspected and packed individually to ensure items are in complete and excellent condition. In the rare case your product is affected by one of the below conditions, you will be eligible for a refund/exchange:
    • Missing items or components
    • Product is damaged
    • Product does not match what was ordered
